Our team

To achieve the best possible combination of instrument and musician, our team must select instruments that can develop their full potential and match the sound idea of international orchestras, competitions etc . These instruments must first be found, their optimal sound settings discovered and then maintained by us over the long term. To do so, our employees need a strong sense of responsibility and sound awareness, the development of which is always prioritised by the Foundation.

We work very closely with the Atelier Girardin, Fortin & Petermann in Neuchâtel, Gertrud Reuter (formerly Roland Baumgartner) and Jürg Buchwalder in Basel. In addition to the highest level of expertise and precision work, we are able to benefit from such an important mutual transparency that we feel fully able to justify the trust placed in us by the instrument owners.

Every instrument that comes into the Foundation must have a recognised certificate and a current insurance valuation. These are written from the world's most renowned experts.
